The meaning of Christmas

First post, and its not related to stardoll. Ha.  I just think its a shame when people forget the meaning of Christmas.  Catholic or not, I think its nice to remeber what you're actually celebrating, why you're eating a big roast dinner, why your family members have come round, why you have gifts. So, we all know the Nativity story, but I do have some facts: The word 'Stable' is not mentioned in the bible, that means that Jesus was possibly not born in a stable. Jesus was not born on Christmas day and the wise men did not give the presents seconds after Jesus' birth, they came around in January. Some people celebrate Chrstmas around 7th of January or December, because its assumed Jesus could've been born then as well. The majorty of you are mad at me for posting this, but as said before, why would a (insert religion here) celebrate Christmas if they are not Catholic. Mean as it seems, its true. Christmas is a celebration that celebrates the birth of Christ, one of the main reasons of the religion, if a (insert religion here) celebrates Chritmas, they, are in 1 small way betraying their faith. Its like a christian celebrating (thinks) Ramadan. It doesn't work. I hope you're not too offended & that was one of my only non-stardoll related post. Merry Christmas!
